Meditative Art Kit

Whether you paint alone as a therapeutic form of self care, or you paint in a group, our meditative art kits will help you tap into your inner creative, quiet the mind and and find deep relaxation.

Each kit includes:

• frame
• 1 12 x 18” numbered poster
• 2 paintbrushes (one large and one small)
• 1 set of numbered paints
• 1 set of instructions + tips 
• 1 kraft tube to keep your art project in one place 
• 1 link to Breathe People’s meditative background nature sounds and guided meditations (to help you go deep in your meditative art experience)
