Returns

We want you to LOVE your items from Kit’s, so if for any reason you need to return them we will do our best to make it right! We accept returns with proof of purchase up to 14 days after the date of purchase or shipping date if online. All returns will be reimbursed with store credit. Store credit is good for one year. 

If you are returning an item from an online purchase, we will provide you with store credit in the form of a gift card for the amount you paid for the item, and a free shipping code for your next order after we have received the qualifying returned item. Both the gift card and shipping code will be good for one year. 

Please note: 

  • NO food items are eligible for returns.
  • NO holiday items are eligible for returns after the holiday has passed.
  • ALL items must be in original packaging with no damage, and price tags still on.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do! Local friends, this option helps us SO much and allows us to continue to steward your dollars toward the small, independent brands we partner with. You can select local pickup at checkout. If you would like us to deliver your item(s) to you curbside, please call to make arrangements. 989.343.5164.

What does shipping cost?

We flat rate ship our items for $5.99 within the continental United States. Shipping is free for purchases over $45.

When will my item ship?

Your item will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.
